Grind the namkeen

Blend the tomato and garlic with some water to make a paste

Heat oil, add cumin seeds, asofedita, bay leaves, potatoes and fry for 3 mts, repeat this with brinjal,now add tomato garlic paste

Add routine spices, salt, and mix well, add 1tbsp corinader, namkeen and cook upto 1 whistle

Let it cool, garnish with chopped coriander,serve hot with rotla, or rotli
