In a bowl add ragi, clean with plain water. Soak it for overnight or eight hours. Add urad dal an hour before grinding. Add Fenugreek seeds at the time of grinding.

Drain the water completely from the soaked ragi.Take a mixer jar,add the soaked ragi, urad and Fenugreek seeds, add half cup of fresh water. Grind it into a fine batter. Add salt and half a cup of water, give a nice mix. Allow the batter for fermentation, minimum eight hours.

Take a fermented batter, mix well. Keep a dosa tawa on medium heat, pour one ladle full of batter, and spread it into a thin round shape dosa. Sprinkle some oil. Let it cook for two minutes, flip it on the other side, and cook till it turns crispy.

Transfer to a serving plate. Serve it with coconut chutney. Enjoy the healthy and crispy ragi dosa.
