Steps

Mix dry ingredients;place flour, sugar, yeast and salt in a large bowl. Mix to combine.

Add wet ingredients; Make a well in the center, pour in oil and milk

Add water while kneading the dough.

Knead until the dough is smooth and elastic..

Cover your dough with a cling film, leave it to rest in a warm place for 1hr.

After the dough has risen for 1 hr knead it again for 1_2mins. Cut it into small pieces, it shouldn't be that thick.

Finally cook in alow medium heat.
