Melting Dark Chocolat
Set aside half of the first dark chocolate bar. Place the remaining dark chocolate slab into a glass bowl and microwave for 20 seconds. Repeat the 20-second microwave interval. Once removed, let it cool slightly. Then, using a brush, apply a thin layer of the chocolate into a mold and refrigerate for 5 minutes to chill. - 2
To make the truffle sauce, place the sweet chocolate pieces and cream in a glass bowl. Microwave for 10 seconds, then remove and microwave for another 10 seconds. Set aside.

Now, take the chocolate cake and crumble it into a large bowl. Gradually add the truffle sauce to the cake crumbs and mix to form a dough. Divide the dough into four equal balls.
Take the mold out of the freezer. Form one of the dough balls and place it into the mold, pressing it down evenly on all sides. Make sure to leave a little space at the top of the mold. - 4
Now, melt the remaining dark chocolate slab. Once it cools down a bit, transfer it to a piping bag (cone) and evenly apply it to the top of the mold.
Here comes the crucial part: unmolding the cakesicles. Gently push the mold from the bottom to release it, then very carefully pull out the stick. - 5
Now it's time to decorate your cakesicles! First, take some of the dough and roll it into very thin strands. Attach three of these strands onto each cakesicle. Pop them in the freezer for a bit.
Once you take them out, decorate them with golden, silver, pink, and bronze dust! - 6
