440 gall purpose flour
250 mlmilk
58 gmelted margarine
2 tspinstant yeast
1egg
45 gsugar
1 tspbaking powder

20-25 minutes

Warm the milk the add sugar the egg and yeast then stir

Add flour and need by a mixer for 7 minutes or 12 minutes by hand

Let the dough rest then weigh 35g each and roll up

Dust the pan the baking tray and let them rise for 1 hour then bake

Preheat the oven for ten minutes on 165C
6

Bake for 20-25 minutes
7

Immediately they are out smear some margarine or butter on top for the shinny look
