In a pan heat oil, add onion saute for 5 minutes.Now add all chopped bell peppers.

After 5 minutes add grated cabbage and carrot.saute for4-5 minutes.Now add soya sauce.

Add green chilli sauce,salt and black pepper powder. Let this mixture cool down.In a bowl take Luk warm water.

Dip rice paper in Lukewarm water.take out immediately.place this soft paper on board.place saute veggie make fold andmake square.

On a non-stick tawa spread oil and roast on both the sides on low flame.serve hot.with chilli oil.

This is very healthy and easy to prepare.
