Ingredients

  1. 1 bowlmoong sprouts
  2. 100 gmgrated paneer
  3. 1" ginger
  4. 2-3green chilies
  5. 1 bowlchopped coriander leaves
  6. 8-9Cashew nuts
  7. 1 tbspghee
  8. Salt to taste
  9. 2 tbsproasted chana powder
  10. 1/2 tspturmeric powder
  11. 1 tsproasted cumin powder
  12. 1 tspdry mango powder

Cooking Instructions

    Arrenge all ingredients in one place. Take a grinder jar add sprouts, ginger, green chilies, coriander leaves and grind it to pulse mood so that, coursly grind it.

    Take a bowl, add grounded mixture, grated paneer, roasted chana powder, turmeric powder, roasted cumin powder, mango powder, salt, mix it properly.

    Now take small portion of mixture and make a round shape flat tikki, take half cashew, place the top of the tikki and press it slightly. As Shown in the fig.

    Heat ghee in a non-stick pan, place the prepared tikki and fry on low heat till golden brown and crispy from both sides. Tikki is ready.

    Healthy protein rich paneer moong sprouts tikki is ready. Serve hot with chutney or sauce.
