To begin, collect all the necessary ingredients for the recipe. Slice the pre-fried Bhungla (Boti) in half and arrange it on a plate.

Wash and chop the tomatoes and coriander. Also, chop the onion and carrot. In a bowl, combine the chopped tomatoes, onion, and carrot with peanuts, bhel (or boondi), nylon sev, red chili powder, chaat masala, salt to taste, green chutney, and sweet chutney. Mix everything well.

Add some sev and boondi to it and mix well. Then, fill the prepared bowl-shaped stuffing into one half of the cut boti (bhungala) and place the other half on top. Prepare all of them in this way and serve immediately.
