Pour the milk into a nonstick deep pan. Keep it in medium heat. Let it boil. Give a continuous mix.

Then add sugar. Mix well. To avoid crystalling the milk add lemon juice, mix continuously. Add cardamom powder mix well. Keep the heat low.

Then add ghee and mix nicely. After some time it becomes thick. It starts leaving the edges.

It will take nearly an hour to become soft dough. At last milk and sugar mix becomes thick and soft dough. Remove from heat. Let it cool for ten minutes. Then make uniform size pedas, keep a pistachio in the middle and give a small press. Superb tasty milk peda is ready.
