Steps

Take 3 ripe bananas in a bowl and chop it into small pieces.

Now add the sugar and with the help of an electric mixer beat untilly smooth.

Now add the curd to the mixture.

Now add the oil to the mixture.

Now add the vanilla essence to the mixture and mix everything well.

Now sift whole wheat flour and add the baking powder, baking soda and cinnamon powder while sifting and add it to the prepared wet mixture and mix well with the cut and fold method till it forms a smooth batter.

Now add walnut kernels to the batter and mix well.

Now dust a 6 inch baking dish with flour and pour the prepared cake batter.

Place whole walnut kernels on the top and the batter is ready to go into the oven.

Pre heat oven at 180 degrees for 10 minutes and bake for 40 minutes or till a skewer inserted comes out clean.

Once done remove from the oven and let it cool down.

Finally the eggless banana and walnut cake is ready to be served.
