3medium carrots
2limes
2 tablespoonsolive oil (30 ml)
1/2 teaspoonsalt
1 teaspoonapple cider vinegar (5 ml)
1 pinchground dried oregano

Peel and cut the beets and carrots, then steam them.

Once cooked, cut them into sticks.
