2medium beets
3medium carrots
2limes
2 tablespoonsolive oil (30 ml)
1/2 teaspoonsalt
1 teaspoonapple cider vinegar (5 ml)
1 pinchground dried oregano

Peel and cut the beets and carrots, then steam them.

Once cooked, cut them into sticks.

Mix the lime juice, olive oil, salt, vinegar, and oregano. Pour the mixture over the vegetables and toss to combine.
