Today I have made a healthy Starters Ragi momo. It's made with lots of veggies and ragi flour. It's very easy to make.

Today I have made a healthy Starters Ragi momo. It's made with lots of veggies and ragi flour. It's very easy to make.
Steps

Making filling - Heat oil in a kadai add chopped garlic, ginger, green chilies and saute some times then add chopped onion and cook 2 minutes.

Now add all veggies and cook on medium heat for 2-3 minutes then add salt, soya sauce, mix it nicely, lastly add chopped coriander leaves mix it and turn off the flame and keep aside to cool down.

Take a bowl add wheat flour, ragi flour, salt and little oil, mix it properly. Now add little by little water to knead the dough. Keep aside for 10 minutes, so it will set properly.

Divide the dough in equal portions and each portion roll it round thin roti, now cut out a small round shape disc with a katori. Now fill stuffing in it and fold the disc in half circle then joine the both ends and make momo shape. As shown in fig.

Brush little oil to the streamer and place momo in it and steam them for 15 minutes. Momo is ready.

Making Chutney - Heat oil in a kadai add chopped garlic, green chilli, ginger saute few seconds then add grated tomato, red chilli, kashmiri red chilli powder, salt, sugar, mix it and cook some times. Now add tomato sauce, soya sauce, vinegar, mix it and cook another 2 -3 minutes then turn off the flame.

Momo sauce is ready.

Healthy Ragi Momo is ready to serve with Momo chutney.
