Jowar-Bajri Vada
It was made by my mom during janmashtmi.
Steps

Mix the flour curd and spices. Make soft dough, use water as needed
- 2
Make small vadas, roll in sesame seeds and deep fry. We can make vadas of only jowar or only bajra.

Serve with curd or tea. This vadas are made a day before ashtmi, because we dont cook or use gas stove on the day before, celebrate as SHITALA SHATAM.
