A giant chewy cookie, soft like cake in the middle, but rich and gooey with dark chocolate, with Milo giving that malty, comforting hug. A perfect recipe.

Preheat oven/air fryer to 175°C (350°F). Grease and line a 9-inch round or square cake pan with parchment paper.

In a large bowl, add the salted butter, brown sugar, white sugar, eggs, vanilla, flour, Milo powder, and baking soda all together.

Mix until everything is well combined, then fold in the dark chocolate chips.

Spread 1/3 portion of dough evenly into prepared pan.

Bake at 175°C (350°F) for 20–25 minutes, until edges are golden and centers are just set.

Cool for 10–15 minutes before slicing.

Serving - in muffin cups
