  • 150 gtoasted sesame seeds
  • 100 gsugar

    Heat sugar in a pan over low heat until melted and golden.

    Add sesame seeds, stir quickly to coat.

    Pour onto parchment paper, press flat to about 1/4 inch (0.6 cm) thick. Cut into pieces while still warm.

    Cool completely and store in an airtight container. Enjoy!
