Ingredients

  • 250 gmSoya chaap
  • 200 gmonion
  • 1 tbspfennel seeds powder
  • 2 tbspred chilly powder
  • 1 tbspgrated ginger
  • 100 gmcurd
  • 1and half tbsp salt
  • 8-10kali mirch
  • 2-3clove
  • 1big cardamom
  • 1 inchcinnamon
  • 2bayleaf
  • 4 tbspoil

Steps

  1. 1

    Firstly cut the chaap in small pieces and fry it till it gets golden brown.

    Chop the onion,then take a wok and heat the oil, add the whole garam masala then add chopped onion and saute it till it gets cooked

    Now add red chilly and salt in it and mix it,now add curd in and mix it.

    Now add 2 cup water in and cook it for five minutes,now add chaap in it and cover it for five minutes.ready to serve and garnish it with coriander leaves.
