Ingredients

2 servings
  1. 200 gMinced meat
  2. 150 gGreen leafy vegetables (e.g. spinach or bok choy)
  3. 1/2 pieceOnion
  4. 1/2 tspSalt
  5. 1/4 tspPepper
  6. 1 tbspSoy sauce
  7. 1 tbspCooking oil

Steps

  1. 1

    Boil the green leafy vegetables until just tender, then drain and arrange on a plate.

  2. 2

    Heat oil in a pan, add chopped onion and stir-fry until translucent.

  3. 3

    Add minced meat, season with salt, pepper, and soy sauce, and cook until done.

  4. 4

    Place the cooked minced meat and onion mixture on top of the vegetables.

Tips

For added flavor, consider marinating the minced meat with soy sauce and garlic before cooking.
