Blend the soaked, peeled beans with onions, peppers, seasoning, and a little water to a smooth paste.

In a separate bowl, beat the eggs, add in groundnut oil
* Combine the egg mixture with the bean paste and season well with salt./Boil egg and slice in paste before steaming or cooking. - 3

Steam
* Place the containers in a steamer and allow it to cook until done. - 5
Place the containers into a steamer pot, make sure it's half way down with water, close the lid, and allow to steam.

Prepare for Steaming:**
* Grease your containers (leaves, ramekins, etc.) with groundnut oil.
