Ingredients

  1. Beans (black eye peas,)300gram
  2. 150 mlto 200 ml to blend beans smooth
  3. Pepper and onions
  4. 4-6Boiled eggs
  5. 6-12 piecesScotch bonnet
  6. 2 piecesBell pepper
  7. Season cube 1to 2 cubes to taste
  8. 2-3 tablespoonVegetables or chicken oil

  1. 1

    Blend the soaked, peeled beans with onions, peppers, seasoning, and a little water to a smooth paste.

    In a separate bowl, beat the eggs, add in groundnut oil
    * Combine the egg mixture with the bean paste and season well with salt./Boil egg and slice in paste before steaming or cooking.

    Steam
    * Place the containers in a steamer and allow it to cook until done.

  5. 5

    Place the containers into a steamer pot, make sure it's half way down with water, close the lid, and allow to steam.

    Serve hot and savor the deliciousness!

    * Grease your containers (leaves, ramekins, etc.) with groundnut oil.
