Steps

Take a mixie jar. Add Leftover poha.Grind it to coarse form.

Take a big mixing bowl.Add Leftover poha, suji, curd and chopped fresh veggies.

Add salt, garam masala,red chilli powder,green chili and ginger paste. mix all ingredients.Make batter.

Heat a tava.Grease with oil.Spread batter with spoon on tava like chilla. Spread oil on chilla.

Cook both side till brown & crispy.sprinkle seasam seeds and mustard seeds on chilla.

Ready Leftover poha chilla with fresh veggies. Serve chilla on plate with tamato sause.
