A recipe perfect for a very relaxed day and, above all, incredibly delicious. It's not hard to make, but it does require some patience.

First, lightly coat the osso buco steaks with flour on both sides.

Once all the steaks are coated, heat some oil in a grill pan or large skillet. When the oil is hot, add the steaks and brown them on both sides. Once browned, remove the steaks and add the vegetables to the pan to start cooking them in the drippings.

When the vegetables are soft and cooked, return the steaks to the pan. Add the tomato paste, then the potatoes. Pour in the bottle of tomato sauce, reduce the heat, and cover. Cook until the potatoes are tender. Finally, add the chopped parsley, season with salt and pepper, and adjust the seasoning if needed.
