Ingredients

20 servings
  1. 3 kgmango (again I used totapuri mango)
  2. 125 gmmustard powder(you can buy in stores)
  3. 70 gmmirchi powder
  4. 2 spoonhaldi powder
  5. 70 gmsalt
  6. 250 gmoil (sunflower or til)

    Wash the mangoes. Cut into smaller pieces. Please remove the seed.

  2. 2

    Now take a bowl, add the pieces to it. Now add all the ingredients except oil. Mix it well

  3. 3

    Now add the oil to the bowl. Mix it well. Keep it aside for 1 day. Make sure you add enough oil to it so that oil is seen on the surface

    Let the pieces absorb the masala. Keep mixing everyday. You can start having the pickle after 5 days.
