Clean and gut the sardines.

Add the other ingredients and mash together with your hands. Shape into flattened balls. Place them in a nonstick skillet.

Peel and chop the cucumber and tomato. Add salt, lemon juice, and a drizzle of olive oil.

Soak the basmati rice in water for 10 minutes. Drain and cook in boiling water. Add salt and pepper. Drain well. Add the cream cheese and mix thoroughly.

Place everything in a closed lunchbox 🍱
