  • 4 TablespoonMalai
  • 1 TablespoonSugar
  • To TasteSalt
  • 2 PinchBlack pepper
  • Wheat bread slices 4, edges trimmed

Steps

  1. 1

    Preheat the oven on grill mode.

  2. 2

    In a small bowl, mix together, malai, sugar, salt and pepper.

  3. 3

    Spread the prepared mixture on one side of each slice.

  4. 4

    Grill over low heat for 3 to 4 minutes until light brown.

  5. 5

    Serve with your choice of breakfast beverage.
