It's a common not so common food but though it is a bit expensive it is worth it.
Steps

Wash and cut the liver in to small sizes.

Add salt and and 1/4 cup of water put to boil

When still boiling add 2tbsp of oil.

After all water has dried out put the diced onions
- 5
Add the chopped tomatoes and stir for 2 minutes
- 6
Add 1 tsp of royco dissolved in 10ml of water.

Add water according to the amount of soup you want then put to boil for 5 minutes.

Serve with pishori rice or ugali when hot.
