Steps

Peel and slice the raw bananas.

Heat oil in a pan, add mustard and cumin seeds to splutter.

Add sliced bananas. Sauté well.

Add peanut powder, sugar, salt and red chili powder. mix well.

Sprinkle little water, cover and cook until bananas are soft.

Stir and cook uncovered for 2 more minutes to blend flavors. Serve hot Raw Banana Sabji.
Tips
Adjust the spices according to your taste preference, and feel free to add other vegetables for more variety.
