Street style Pulao

#CA2025
Street-style pulao, most famously known as Tawa Pulao from Mumbai, is a spicy, buttery rice dish cooked on a large, flat griddle (tawa). Unlike a traditional pulao, where rice and vegetables are cooked together in one pot, this street version is a stir-fry that combines pre-cooked rice with a vibrant masala.
