Steps
- 1
Blend together milk, maple syrup, vanilla extract, and berries until smooth.
- 2
Add to a jar or container and mix with chia seeds. Whisk the mixture together well, and let the mixture set for 5 minutes. Whisk again to help remove any clumps that may have formed, then cover and store in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours or overnight.
- 3
Add toppings of choice when ready to enjoy!
Tips
Mix your chia pudding again before refrigerating.
After initially mixing the milk mixture and chia seeds together, I will let it sit for 5 minutes then give a final mix before placing in the fridge. This will help prevent massive clumps in your berry chia pudding.
