Sometimes cooking pork can be very tricky especially when put too much spices. But my recipe is special you can try it out!

Wash the tomatoes, onion and capsicum. then chop them separately. chop the pork and place in a sufuria then put over heat.

Pork always when heated produces its own oil. when the pork is already fried and it has melted enough you can drain some oil when its too much.

Add onions and stir for 5 minutes then add tomatoes and capsicum. Stir and let it cook for 5 minutes.

Stir the mixture and add salt. let it cook for 5 minutes again then remove from heat ready to serve with Ugali
