In a bowl add besan,rice flour,salt, chilli powder and hot oil mix it with your hands then adding water and prepare dough consistency, grease ribbon pakoda maker fill with dough, press in hot oil and fry till crispy on medium heat.

For making sev,in a bowl add besan,salt,hing and hot oil mix it then add water and prepare soft dough fill the dough in the sev maker and press in hot oil fry till crispy on medium heat.

For boondi,prepare thick besan batter with besan,salt,hing and baking soda and make boondi using ladle with holes, fry till crisp in hot oil.

Now combine all prepared sev, ribbon pakoda,and boondi, fry peanuts in remaining oil,fry curry leaves and coconut slices and add to the mixture.

Sev mixture is ready to serve/enjoy.
