Firstly take maida add salt, Ajwain then add ghee and mix it properly,now add water in it to make a dough.

Now make small balls from the dough,now roll it over board like roti and make cut in between.

Now roll it firstly straight then roll over your finger.

Now deep fry till it gets golden from both the sides.

Now Serve it crispy Mathri as snacks..
