Rinse the black beans and place them in a pot with water, 1/2 onion, 2 cloves of garlic, and a splash of oil. When the beans are halfway cooked, add the pork (cut into pieces), salt or bouillon, and continue cooking until both the meat and beans are very tender.

Dice one onion and the radishes, and cut a few limes in half.

Clean the habanero peppers and as much onion as you like, dice them, mix together, and add enough lime juice to cover. Season with salt.

Serve the beans and pork in a bowl, add some of the habanero and onion mixture with radishes, and squeeze lime to taste.
