Take yogurt in a bowl and whisk until smooth and creamy.

Add fresh mint, dry mint powder, roasted cumin, salt and black pepper/chilli flakes.

Mix everything well until combined.

Taste and add lemon juice if you prefer a tangy flavour.

Chill in the fridge for 5 minutes so flavours blend well and dip tastes richer.

Tips
∆ Use thick curd/Greek yogurt for the best dip consistency.
∆ Add a pinch of sugar if serving to kids — balances flavours.
∆ Dry mint powder gives a restaurant aroma — highly recommended.
∆ If you want it thinner, add 1–2 tsp cold water.
