Steps

Grind the methi levels in to a fine paste.

In a bowl, mix atta, methi paste, and atta, salt add water as needed to make a soft dough.

Divied the gough in to 5 equal balls.

Roll each ball into a flat circle using a rolling pin.
- 5
Cook each roti on a hot pan until a both sides are done, applying ghee as needed.
- 6
Ready to serve.
