Steps

In a bowl mix rava + curd and form a smooth batter.

Add moringa powder and let it rest 5 minutes.

Now add carrot, capsicum, corn, ginger-chilli paste and salt.

Adjust consistency (thick but pourable).

Add baking soda + pinch of hing + 1 tsp oil and mix gently.

Pour batter into greased idli moulds / silicone flower moulds.

Steam for 10–12 minutes on medium flame until soft and fluffy.

Cool slightly & demould.

Serve hot with:

∆ Or simple ghee drizzle for kids
Tips
∆ Don’t overmix after adding soda — colour & fluffiness stays better
∆ Add more veggies like spinach, beetroot or peas for variety
∆ Can be refrigerated & reheated — stays soft
