For making white sauce

Take a saucepan.Heat butter add maida and stir continuously to avoid any lumps in low heat add milk and stir.Add all seasoning and cook till it becomes thick.

Keep it aside.

For making italian sauce.

Take a mixer grinder grind tomato green chilli and ginger to puree.

Take a pan heat oil add garlic and saute for a min.Add onion and capsicum and cook till it becomes soft.

Add tomato puree and all masala and cook cover till it becomes thick. Keep it aside.

Take a baking dish or spring form dish and grease it with butter

Spread white sauce and Italian sauce in pan

Dip roti in Italian sauce and place it in baking pan

Spread italian sauce and boiled vegetables.

Dip roti in white sauce and place it in baking pan

Spread italian sauce and layer it and repeat the layer till top.

Last layer spread italian sauce evenly and top it with white sauce layer.Spread cheese jalepeno olives.Sprinkle oregano and chilli flakes

Preheat the oven at 180 C for 10 min

Place it in bottom rack and bake it for 30 to 40 min at 200 C.

Lasagne is ready to serve.

Tips
Adjust the temperature of oven as per your oven .Keep checking in between .
