Dill (Shepu) Fal

This is Maharashtrian traditional dish. A best option for dinner .
Steps

First of all wash shepu leaves properly and chop it. To it add wheat flour, gram flour, cumin seeds, carom seeds, salt,turmeric powder, red chilli powder and mix well knead the dough.

Now take small portions from it,apply little oil to your palms,and give it shape of katori.

Now take a pan,add water to it and keep for boiling, keep strainer on it,apply little oil on it and arrange shepu fal on it for steaming for 10 minutes on high flame.

In the meantime prepare kadhi.

Now remove shepu fal into a plate.Then arrange in the serving plate and pour kadhi on it.

Now prepare tadka in a tadka pan,add oil,mustard and cumin seeds as it crackle add asafoetida,garlic cloves and put this tadka on shepu fal.
