Lasooni Palak Is a traditional Indian recipe which made using from fresh palak leaves, and some indian spices, onion and lots of garlic. These recipe is extremely simple, easy to make and taste awesome and nutritious too. #TOF
Steps

Heat a kadhai add some water and washed chopped palak leaves & cook for 5 mins. Cool completely, then grind it, coursely.

Now heat a kadhai,add mustard oil, then add cumin seeds, garlic &green chilli.

Add chopped the onions and saute until translucent, Then add red chilli powder, cumin powder, coriander powder, besan, garlic paste and turmeric powder and saute until aromatic for 5 to 7 mins on low to medium flame.

Add ground palak leaves and salt and saute for 4 to 5 mins.

Add fresh cream and cook for another 5 to 7 mins on medium flame. Then add some hot water, adjust the consistency per need.

Heat a another pan,add ghee, then add cumin seeds, chopped garlic, one broken red chilli and pinch of hing and saute until golden brown and crackle. Transfer in tadka over the prepare Lasooni Palak. Serve hot.
