3 mediumBoiled potatoes
6-7Green chili
1Onion (chopped)
1tspChat masala
0.5cupCoriander leaves(chopped)
1tspMustard oil
Salt to taste

Boiled the potatoes until soft then peel and mash tham in a bowl.

Add chopped onion, green chili, coriander leaves, chat masala, and salt to the mashed potatoes.

Pour crude mustard oil over the mixture add the end.

Mix everything thoroughly until well combined.

Ready to serve.

Tips

If you want, you can also add tadka on top.
