Creamy, healthy easy to make accompaniment specially during winter months when fresh batua is in season.

Wash and chop batua leaves, green chili, and garlic.

Heat ghee in a pan, sauté batua leaves, garlic, and green chili for 2 minutes.

In a bowl, beat curd, add salt and roasted cumin powder, and mix well.

Add sautéed batua mixture to the curd, mix thoroughly.

Add chopped spring onion greens, stir, and serve chilled.
Tips
For a creamier texture, you can whisk the yogurt more vigorously before mixing in the sautéed ingredients.
