Take fresh button mushrooms, clean well, cut into pieces add into hot water with salt. After two minutes, remove and dry up the mushrooms.

In a bowl add maida,corn flour,red chilli powder, ginger garlic paste,soya sauce and salt. Add water, mix without lumps. Add the mushrooms mix well.

Keep a kadai on medium heat add oil. Let it hot enough add the maida and corn flour mix mushroom. Fry till golden brown and crispy. Take out and keep aside.

Meanwhile chop the onion, capsicum, garlic and spring onion greens. Keep a fry pan on medium heat add oil chopped onion, spring onion and capsicum. Saute for few minutes. Add red chilli sauce, tomato sauce and and soya sauce and salt. Mix well for two minutes.Add little water give a nice mix. Then add the fried mushrooms. Saute till mushroom cotted completely with sauce.Add spring onion greens. Mix it nicely. Crispy Mushroom Manchurian is ready to serve.

Transfer to a serving plate. Enjoy the crispy and tasty mushroom Manchurian with fried rice or like starters.
