Steps

Make vegetable stock. Take a pan add finely chopped carrot, cauliflower, broccoli, and corns. Boil and cook well. Strain stock and use to make soup.

Take a pan add 1 tsp oil, saute garlic and onions on a high flame. Add cabbage and capsicum. Saute all together on a high flame to maintain crunchy texture.

Add boiled veggies and vegetable stock. Stir well. Add salt, ginger chili paste, and black pepper powder to enhance the taste and flavor.

Add 1 tsp corn starch slurry for a little thickness. Boil soup for a couple of minutes. Add water to adjust consistency. Turn off gas. Squeeze lemon juice and sprinkle finely chopped coriander.

Serve in a soup bowl. Enjoy warm sips of soup.
