Ingredients

1 serving
  1. 3 tablespoonsalmond flour
  2. 1 tablespooncoconut flour (gives a thick consistency like oatmeal)
  3. Halfa cup of water (or almond milk if available)
  4. 1 teaspoonalmond butter
  5. Stevia: as desired
  6. Flavor: A pinch of cinnamon and a pinch of ground ginger

Steps

15 minutes
  1. 1

    In a small saucepan over low heat, mix almond flour and coconut flour with cinnamon and ginger.

  2. 2

    Add water gradually while stirring continuously until the mixture starts to boil and becomes thick (like the consistency of cereal or cooked oats).

  3. 3

    Once it reaches the desired consistency, remove it from the heat and add the almond butter and stevia, then stir well.
