In this new year my resolution is to prepare new dishes so today I am trying this recipe with fresh figs and dry fruits.

In this new year my resolution is to prepare new dishes so today I am trying this recipe with fresh figs and dry fruits.

Before starting recipe keep all ingredients on one platform. First remove the upper skin of figs and make a pieces. Also remove seeds from dates. Now take a mixer jar and add all ingredients except fresh fig. Grind it t and make a powder.

After making powder add fresh figs pieces, then add milk and cardamom powder in it. Here if you want more sweet then you can add sugar otherwise don't add more sugar. Now now grind it for 2 minutes. here you can use chilled a milk or add ice cubes.

After grinding serve in glass and garnish it with dry fruits.
Tips
If you want to sweet milkshake then you can add sugar. I am using dates so I skip sugar.
