Cook bacon, cut into bits, set aside

Cut off the brussel sprout root and cut in half. Rinse and dry thoroughly

Drizzle with olive oil. Toss to coat well.

Season with salt, pepper, onion powder and toss well

Toss in minced garlic

Place on baking dish in a single layer with cut side up

Bake at 400 for 20-25 minutes until desired doneness

Drizzle with honey and balsamic vinegar

Sprinkle cooked bacon bits

Add shaved Parmesan
