In a mixer, add paneer, cashews, garlic, water, lemon juice and salt. Grind well all ingredients. Forms a mayonnaise thickness.

Now add oregano seasoning and chilli flakes. Mix well. Healthy mayonnaise is ready
Tips
Make sure all ingestion are grinded well to form same as market's mayonnaise
