Slice the fish tofu and garlic thinly.

Cut choy sum into 5cm pieces and wash well.

Heat oil in a pan, sauté garlic until fragrant.

Add fish tofu and cook for 1 minute.

Add choy sum, stir-fry until just wilted.

Season with salt (and white pepper if using), mix well, and serve.
Tips
For extra flavor, you can add a splash of soy sauce or oyster sauce while cooking.
