Wash rice, drain, and fry in oil. Add salt, then water. Boil, cover, and cook 20 min, stirring occasionally.

Clean chicken, poke holes, slice tops. Mix spices and oil, rub on chicken, marinate 15 min.

Preheat oven to 200°C. Grill chicken 30 min, flipping halfway.

For gravy, sauté onion in oil, add spices, then tomatoes. Add dissolved soup powder, simmer 10 min.

Steam broccoli and carrots in boiling water for 10 min, then drain.
Tips
Poke holes in the chicken for even cooking, fry the rice before boiling for extra flavor, and dissolve the soup powder in water for a smooth gravy.
