Wash properly and soak moong dal for three hours.

Drain excess water and grind with green chilies.

Take a big mixing bowl add moong dal, All finely chopped vegetables, salt and mix well by hands.Add fruit salt and activate it.

Heat appepatra add little oil and sesame seeds in the cavity of the pan.Add one tablespoon batter and cover.Flip after reddish in one side.Cook from the other side till brown and crispy.Serve hot with chutney.Very tasty and healthy recipe for breakfast.
