At first, take a large plate add maida and ghee and mix well. When maida holds shape. Add water and make a dough. Keep covered aside for 30 minutes.

For_Filling:- Heat ghee and add suji in it. Fry suji till golden brown. Switch off the flame and keep aside. Take khoya add all dry fruits, sugar powder and suji. Mix everything well. Stuffing is ready now.

Now knead the dough and cut small portion and roll out the puri. Put 1 tbsp stuffing and seal it applying water on edges.

Make ghughra design or cut into a gujiya cutter.

Take a kadhai heat ghee. Once ghee is hot reduce the flame to low. Fry 3-4 gujiya at a time till it becomes light golden colour.

Once done take it out in a plate and cool down completely. Then store it in an airtight container and enjoy....😋😋
