Cut beef in small sizes

Put in a Sufuria to boil, then add salt and one tbsp of oil.

Cook till water has dried out. Then add another tbsp of oil

Add the chopped onions and stir till soft. Add the chopped tomatoes and stir till it has cooked well

Then add 1 tsp of royco dissolved in 5ml of water and crush the beef cube with your hands and add to the cooking beef.

Add water for soup and then serve hot with ugali.
